Although adjacent to the Apostolic Christian Church, Creekside Villa is a separate organization. No affiliation with the AC church is required to join this community. We are open to anyone looking for carefree senior living in a tranquil setting.
To be more specific, residents may include:

CAREFREE LIVING
You can relax. We take care of it all. No worries!

All interior and exterior maintenance provided.

Inside, we cover all plumbing, painting, furnace, filters, light bulbs, dishwasher, water softener (including salt), washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator.

Window washing is provided

Exterior cares are covered as well, including roofing, siding, complete lawn and landscaping care and snow removal.

Creekside Villa pays all Creekside taxes

Homeowners insurance provided. You’ll only need coverage on personal property.
INTERIORS
These photos show the inside of a standard duplex unit. Our floor plan provide plenty of open space for family gatherings, yet also includes a cozy, sunny Florida room off the kitchen.
(The single family homes are each customized to the original owners desires so they vary considerably.)
