Although adjacent to the Apostolic Christian Church, Creekside Villa is a separate organization. No affiliation with the AC church is required to join this community. We are open to anyone looking for carefree senior living in a tranquil setting.

To be more specific, residents may include:

Persons who are sixty (60) years of age or older;
Husband and wife if one is sixty (60) years or older;
Two closely related persons when both persons are sixty (60) years or older

CAREFREE LIVING

You can relax. We take care of it all. No worries!

All interior and exterior maintenance provided.
Inside, we cover all plumbing, painting, furnace, filters, light bulbs, dishwasher, water softener (including salt), washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator.
Exterior cares are covered as well, such as roofing, siding and cleaning.
We take care of complete lawn and landscaping care, snow removal and salting.
Creekside Villa pays all Creekside taxes
Homeowners insurance provided. You’ll only need coverage on personal property.

These photos show the inside of a standard 1400 sq, ft. duplex unit. Our floor plan provides plenty of open space for family gatherings, yet also includes a cozy, sunny Florida room off the kitchen. There are two roomy bedrooms with large closets and two full, handicapped-equipped bathrooms. The kitchens feature oak hand-crafted Amish cabinetry. Washer and dryer are provided and the laundry area includes a utility sink. Each until includes a shaded private patio with a beautiful view.

Every unit is — and always has been — smoke-free.
